Sorry, guys, but cheering won't update this emulator. It may work with, say, an emulator XPort does, but that's because he's motivated without money. So, let's use common sense: if money birthed it, wouldn't that be the only thing that makes major improvements to it?
There won't be updates by the original author; the contest is over, as said in big, bold letters on the contest's homepage. He's just worked on this for a month and a half, and I doubt he's willing to do the equivilent of at-home surgery without another dose of cash.
I wouldn't complain at all about this... if it only met the first goal. However, since it has met all three (therefore, the ending of the contest), I'm really, really dissapointed; any of you got a 32MB game working? Because no one else has. Read Goal 3; it's supposed to run at least one with full speed, graphics, and controls.

Dophant White - How could goal 3 be met of goal 2 hasn't been met. Gol 3 hasnt been met, it is to get the 32meg running, if you look in the readme the 32meg support is experimental. The whole division of the winnings is so that updates continue. The Author only gets 20% of the pot for this release, then when goal 2 is met more and so on. But there is a time frame it has to be done in, and as the source is out it is anyones game, but the real author knows the code inside out. The first Part is over, the other stages give out more of the pot so it is like 20% of 3000$.

Great Emu, keep up the good work

Shouldn't this be more like keep this EMU alive with your contributions?

And since when has anyone given two shits about the N64 anyway?  Man I wish there was this much push for an actual forward thinking platform like the Saturn.

one of the best things ive ever heard out of anyones mouth. 25 hundred should be for something like a 3do or saturn emu contest i do agree. But hell im happy i have mario on my xbox and wont complain or bitch. coder did a great job.

It's posts such as this which turn reasonable threads into flaming sessions - this is completely pointless.

I hope the coder and all the guys behind this project are getting a sense of the genuine appreciation that is out there. Keep going chaps, the best goals to reach are those we set ourselves. You have NOTHING to prove...
