What talent.  I hope all the people which developed emulators for the xbox have good paying jobs.

psx and n64.

I'm really impressed.   Thanks for developing something which I enjoy....

I'm all about this pike!

Thanks to all developers and anyone affiliated with this emulator, the last thing
I'd want to see is another truely amazingly promising N64 emulator just disappear,
especially when it's for the best console around!

This PJ64X work is simply astonishing I must say since I'm doing my own
compatability list I've seen what works and what doesn't and I've never
seen so much even load!!!

Wow.   I remember the first N64 emulators that came out for PC, jesus were they bad.  But this initial release of PJ64 is awesome!!!  I got in a little MarioKart Action last night, 3 player would make my computer crawl, but the xbox handled it.  Keep up the good work guys!

P.S.  Let me know when you get Perfect Dark running....

I forgot how fun Mario 64 was and am having a ball playing it again.

P.S. The first N64 emulator for PC was UltraHLE and it played Mario 64 and Zelda near perfectly so I don't know what you mean buy "jesus they were bad".

Im a little drunk at the moment... but the first one I remember was UltraHLE, and it was incredible, what was that mid-98? anyway... I agree Pike, This was one hell of a release... I thank all that were involved. Now if only my fsck'ing girlfriend would quit playing  mario-cart 64... I could get back to some super metroid.

damn...  NerdENerd, you beat me to it.

Yes, kudos to the emu author or authors.  This is a great first release.  Some may complain, but they simply don't understand all the milestones we see in this emu.

Im very very happy. But I look at it like this, the coder is getting like 25 hundred dollars. That is alot of money. Would he have did it without the $$$ being there is the true question. I would like to know the answer to that before i pay homage, none the less great job Im up to like 44 stars on mario64.

Thank you sir AZIMER.  I am truely in awe since this was supposed to be nearly impossible.  Also, thanks to Iriez.  This guy took the innitiative to put all of this together and at a time of MOVING to another place (thats a hella lot of work in itself).  Thanks to Spiral for hosting the Paypal, Dr. Eggman for getting the ball rolling, Team Xecuter for their more than generous donation (1000$), and all of the people who donated and who believed it could happen, and will continue to happen.  Can't wait to play Zelda.

I know for a fact that the pj64-x team started working on it BEFORE any money was being offered and that it was not a driving factor.

All-in-all I think that they have done a great job! and am sure it will improve over time.

For those whining about PJ64, I can't help but think that my "Back in 1987" thread would apply:
http://forums.xbox-s...ST&f=19&t=63229

Anyways, I just modded my box on the weekend, and got the Bios flashed and all yesterday.  The first thing I tried out was PJ64 w/ Mario 64, and it plays incredibly.  It's very nice, and I'm impressed - afterall... it's just a beta.

I think I might be the only one that has never used UltraHLE.  infact, the only n64 emulator I have played for more then just to see it work is Sixtyforce on my mac.  Played Mario Kart.  And way back when I playd some MKT when Nemu64 first ran it.  I play with emulators on the pc, but usually I don't see that much point in it.  even the tv in my room is 2" bigger then my computer screen.  So with that in mind, I will be playing N64 again.  (I owned the actual n64 console, still do, but not for long...)

Thank you so much!  All your previous work, and future work on this emulator as well as any other projects you embark on is appreiated.  Always remember something is better then nothing.  People that want everything don't realize this.
