I just uploaded it to my xbox last night abour 23:00 and wanted to play some games for 5 minutes to check if it worked.

Let's just say that around 03:00 hours i discovered Mario64 on your pj64-x rocks but i did need some more sleep if i had to wake up around 07:00 next morning.

However, sleepy as i am right now ... i want to thank you for your fantastic coding.
You are real code-wizards to pull something like this off.

Ya did a great job on the emu, and PLZPLZPLZ don't listen to the minority that says it's lame or such.
They just can't appreciate hard work and read (it says its a Beta biggrin.gif).

Btw: doin' my thing to get the skin section for the n64 emu started wink.gif.

I have stopped posting to this site because of the negativity and NO life jerks that are here.

Finally I get to see a positive thread and people who show respect for others.

I've been using Emulators since the early days of Mame when there was only the dos version of mame.  I have tons of EMU's on my xbox and pc.  Project 64 is my favorite N64 one on my pc.  So I was very happy when I saw it on my Xbox running as well as it did.  I love 1080 snowboarding and that was my first game I tried.  Ran like a charm.  Minor graphic glitch on levels that have snow falling but that wasn't a big deal.   Then I tried Mario 64 and was very impressed.

Not a complaint but one question on N64 emu's in general.  Why can't anyone seem to get the 2D games to work well?  Like tetris and Dr Mario.  I've never seen an EMU get those to work well at all.  You'd think that they wouldn't be that hard being 2D instead of 3D.

Thanks alot for the port of Project 64 and that reminds me that there's also a VERY BIG THANKS going out to the people who worked on the Project 64 for the PC since this is a port.

I have always loved my N64 and now that there is an emulator for the xbox, im digging up all my old roms and enjoy the ones that are playable =]

I hope that someday there will be an emu that can emulate all the N64 roms offcourse, but until then:

Thanks for this version of PJ64X!!!!

Hopefully the author of the emulator reads this thread, and not the ones by a bunch of lame ass losers who wouldn't even say thanks if someone gave them money, just ask for more.

Anyways. Thank you!!!

I must say, this is something I've been waiting for for a long time.  Ever since the days of the fake N64 emulators on the Dreamcast I've been hoping that something like this would come along.  Thanks for your hard work.  Also, don't listen to all the complaining bitches out there.  You know they're just sitting there waiting for the next release anyway.

i havent used the emu yet, but there is a big positive response to it, and i would like to say a job well done to whomever coded it. i have much respect for all coders. although i do wish the coder would make themselves known.

biggrin.gif and shared the results of my testing with the scene. I already posted in this topic how much of an amazing feat this emulator is, but this topic deserves a bump. Just using the emulator you are able to tell just how well planned this emulator was. Kudos to the coder  beerchug.gif
