I don't ever expect to see one made.

I think it's better just to buy the console and games.  MKGOLD is my favorite on the DC and I kept the concole just for that game.

Why would I own DC games but not the console? Anyways, I was just curious.

I am curious when people here will start to read pinned threads, tutorials, effectively use the search engine, etc. Instead of posting the same old topics every day.

Imagine a XS board where people actually ask worthwhile questions! One can only wish...

Shanafan - Granted, X-S is a great resource, and if you use most of the tools correctly (I do find one or two of the modding tutorials to be slightly flawed, however),  it can be highly informative.

However, some folks also use this place simply as a place to communicate with other folks about similar interests (the xbox), like a turn-based chatroom.  And as i'm sure you'll realize, when people talk, it isn't always about the most intelligent stuff in the world.  It can be grating from time to time looking at a post like this, which has been asked and answered many times, but hey, if the user bothered to do research, he wouldn't have anything to talk about, and in the end, how interesting is that?

To answer your comment, when will people here start to read pinned threads, tutorials, effectively use the search engine, etc.? It won't happen Shanafan.

Ever.

Just having Dreamcast Emulator as the topic title lead me to think he had info. If the title was Dreamcast Emulator?, or something more appropriate like Is there a Dreamcast Emulator? I wouldn't have looked!

when cyrus gets off his ass and releases icarus we will have a pc version but it will run slow (15 fps)

and he has stated that he wont release the source so that it cant be ported to the xbox cos he hates our scene

anyways no one ask for a dc emulater for the xbox ever again it will never ever happen on a 733 celeron with 64mg

I don't buy that.  The next thing you'll be telling us is that we won't ever have a PS2 emulator on Xbox either.

Cyrus please don't release if you don't want any ports, I mean it's so logic. If you don't want any trouble of people making money out of your open source emulator please don't make it open source.

All I want is you not to come here whining why someone is making money out of your emulator just for porting with an illegal sdk. So please think it roughly before going open source.
