wink.gif

There was no complex interface to launch the game, very simple .

I know, graphic looks awfull, but there is many many games very funny ( and arcade style )  . Just take a look at it if you have some time ( and curiosity ) ^___^

PS : Since there is emu ported to game console, there is no emu for amstrad computer ( as it was an european computer, most of the gamers don't know it exist laugh.gif   ) .  Xbox could be the first to have this, and many people could discover CPC games ! (If I remember right,  full  romset is about 80 mo )  . Thanks for reading this wink.gif

i doubt any derivative of mame will be ported. there wouldnt be much point. even cps2 mame which only plays cps2 games still has the same memory requirement of mame, just has the other drivers removed.

Sure but i had to list them, i plan on having every emu not ported on this list in the future. and the c++ version of mame just could possibly make a nice port, something i think i COULD handle myself if i get hours and hours of free free time. Anyone know of a better open source jaguar emulator?

I think Jagulator is the ONLY Jaguar emu, and the author abandoned it for N64 if I remember correctly.

It never went that far but made some progress.
Anyhow you are looking for Project Tempest @ http://pt.emuunlim.com/ which plays many games and is open-source. It talks about a 2ghz cpu though for emulation smile.gif

Yeah Jagulator was by the gui-author of UltraHLE, Realityman, and not by the 'king' Epsilon wink.gif

nice dude, I actualy downloaded an enitre rom set and tested that emulator. it was the only one I could get to play roms and it played a handfull. not alot though. Im excited that jaguar got the 1st rayman game ever, and from what i see it can compare to its psx counterpart. I tested 3 emus and this was the only one that works but i didnt list it because i could not find the source. I wil put it on there now.

Had a quick look at the PT source code.. I'm pretty it would be easily possible to get it running on xbox, but it would be very slow as it is now. Looks like a dynarec (or three or four! jaguar is complex) could do wonders, if anyone has time to write one..

Let's not forget ZSNES, my all time favourite super nintendo emulator! It might not be as portable as snes9x but its just as good if not better. Zsnes sourceforge page

To my knowledge, there are currently no good Sinclair Spectrum emulators for xbox.

The only one that exists is called DreamSpec, and is a port of a Dreamcast Spectrum emulator. The xbox port is done using OpenXDK, and only plays Manic Miner ... there is no ability to load other games. It seems more like proof of concept than anything else.

NeoCD: NeoCD is the only (so far) Neo-Geo CD emulator ever to play games

Nebula plays most Neo Geo CD games perfectly but I dont think it is open source.

QUOTE
MAME32k: This is MAME compiled with Kaillera, a utility that enables Netplay on it

Netplay would be really cool even if they could just put netplay in mamex or mameox.

This emulator only plays Rise of the Robots and hasnt been updated in more then a year so until someone works more on It (which will most likely never happen) it really isnt worh it. A big problem is it runs too fast or too slow on most systems.

QUOTE
KI: A killer insticnt arcade emu, although i cant find a link to the sources. I am pretty sure its open source.

This emulator has also been called Kiame or U64EMU

It would be really cool if they released the source of Zinc to be able top port it but I doubt that would happen.
