Xsnes Skin Question

Hi, this is a really dumb question that is probably brought on by my laziness to play around with it, but I can't see the option for changing skins on the main menu for the SNES emulator.  My directory structure is correct as everything works.  Does anyone know where I can set the menu to have the option for choosing skins?  Thanks.   :D

At the main menu press start then scroll down and chose the skin browser.
