Xsnes9x V1.04
« on: December 22, 2002, 05:56:00 AM »

Ok I can't seem to get xSnes9x V1.03 working on my XBox.  The emulator will run, that's not the problem, it just won't show me any subfolders within the rom root.

I have ftp'd it to my xbox in the following location:

  c:\xSnes9x

and placed the rom files in the following location:

  c:\xSnes9x\Roms

There are sub folders under this that my .smc rom files are in for example:

  c:\xSnes9x\Roms\Mario

I have edited the rompath.ini file and it contains the following line:

  c:\xSnes9x\Roms

When i load xSnes in the bottom right it says exactely that, but then I go into 'Subfolder Browser' it doesn't display the 'Mario' folder that is under it.   I have tried placing the roms in the root of the roms directory, and that didn't work.

What am I doing wrong!!!!

Have you tried just putting the .smc/zip straight into the roms folder?

Glitch:

So your saying you had the same problem as me, until you moved the files to E:? Or have you always had the roms on the E drive?

Yes i've tried that mate no joy.

Remember when Chris Sutton, playing for Blackburn, put one past Everton after 10 seconds? I was at that game.

another question, say i have a bunch of snes roms ziped up, can i just burn the ziped roms or do i have to unzip them all, and if i have to unzip all of them, is there a faster way to do it then unziping them 1 by 1.
