In the file you downloaded there should be a file name redir.xbe or something like that.  In the game if there are demos or extras that are .xbe you replace them with redir.xbe.  But you need to rename it to the original .xbe that you are replacing.

u mean the default .xbe, This is what im trying to do i have athe snes,dgen, and final burn emu together. but them what buttons do i use to get to tha menu. Thanks

Depends on the EMU.
