From there go to the CLRMAME web page and download it.
CLRMAME is better able to insert bios roms automatically, whereas ROMCENTER will clean up everything for you, fix CRC's, depenancies, naming...
Oh yes, you'll also need the same PC version of mame that corresponds to the version you are using on the Xbox (currently .61 for the B6 release on the xbox) to generate the .DAT files used by both programs.
