If you look in the [MISC] section you see it says RomPath=Roms well I think if you change it to D:/ and put all your Roms on discs you should be able to load them. I hope this helps you.

Try hitting start instead of Y it was doing that on me also, but oddly if I hit start it refreshes my list, also I have my roms in Zip format
