You are gonna have to edit your "menu.ini" or "evo.ini" file so your Xbox knows where to play the ROMS.  All of this can be found in the tutorial sections of this website.

Exactly what tutorial are you refering to?
In my MENU.INI I point to the emulator.
Nothing that points out where the roms are. Can I do that?

A part of my MENU.INI.
(ok...I showed you mine, now show me yours....)
-------------
Section "Emulators"
{
Item "Nintendo","E:\EMULATORS\FCEU-NES\default.xbe"
AutoAddItem "E:\EMULATORS"
}

My Media folder under FSCE-NES was empty...
Looked around for another copy of the emulator and now it's working.
There where some font-files I was missing...
