Gdfiso Format Specification

Can someone, anyone please please point me in the direction ( or send me the document ) that outlines the GDFISO specification ..... or tell me the differences ( in great detail ) between a common format and GDF format ISO's .....

Your help is appreciated, and oh my god, I haven't been here for years ......

I know this is kinda old, but look under xbox-linux and read the documentation about the Xbox DVD file format.  That's the best start I can give you.  If you can understand how this works, then the rest should be dead obvious.
