Well for starters a lot of programs are pretty much feature complete for what they do and XBMC is far from dead and keeps getting daily updates to make it better

I guess it's only because the Xbox360 came out. I can't find another resaon.
But there are still Updates for other apps. Zsnexbox and UnleashX got updates a few weeks ago.

It's because the same people who made the XBOX modding scene great are also the ones who have now turned their backs on the XBOX, and moved on to other things.

Unfortunately, the original XBOX modding scene will probably be totally dead within a year or so.

I will never get a 360. It is too expensive and can't do homebrew. PS3 is a lot more expensive and so I will not get it.
Maybe sometime I'll get a Wii. It seems like there'll be a Wii-Scene soon. In my opinion Xbox1 and Dreamcast are the best homebrew-consoles ever.

It could be that threads are being deleted out of nowhere . I just posted a tutorial earlier 2day on how to FTP Xbox to Xbox using UnleashX, and now it's completely gone.

I guess somebody has moved it to another forum.
