Packet size does not help , still the same stall problem .

Yes I came up with another problem. You have your endpoints set up for interrupt transfers, as far as I know the xbox gamepad driver is written for bulk transfers - which lowspeed devices dont support. Are you building this controller from a tutorial that someone has completed successfully, or is this your own project? Because if you want to use an unmodified xbox's included software drivers, your gamepad hardware will have to be similar to the original xpad.

as far as i know , no one has ever build a microcontroller xpad .
this is a big problem . moving to a full speed device is going to take a while .

Yeah, these homebrew projects usually do take a while. I've spent at least the last five months learning how to write a usb_rs232 driver for my project. I also had to learn vc++ at the same time, so there is always a lot to do. If you need any more help along the way you can email me, I'd be happy to help answer your questions. Good Luck!
