it's great that this is getting out imho. strange that blueshogun didn't release it himself......

it would probably find a better audience in homebrew/ported games though.

It's too important his work won't get lost since it's such an awesome game he's tried porting. Did he come anywhere? Can it display anything on the xbox? I'd say you should make this a topic in the homebrew-games section, so as many as possible see it. Maybe Carcharius would be interested...

Sorry, it's not a project I'd be interested in.

I'm not a fan of the game and I'm never all that keen to pick up a project someone else has already started (although I have done so in the past).

I hope you won't get angry as you've already said no, but do you remember how extremely wellmade and intense the game was? I remember I thought it'd just be another crappy movie-titled game, but never have I played a more intense and thrilling game(doom 3 wasn't at all as scaring). The graphics were awesome. I think a port of this game could be as good as the quake 2 port which was excellent. This game would definitely be better than your Quake 3 port, which was perfectly made, but it was very hard to play well without a mouse(maybe it was only me being bad). This game really feels like a game that'd suit xbox perfect, but if you don't want to, you don't want to. I better learn how to program quickly rolleyes.gif

I don't want to.

Like I said, I never really enjoyed the game before so I wouldn't want to play it now. If I don't want to play it then I have no motivation to work on the project.

Ok, full respect to your decision. You've contributed more than enough to the scene, which I greatly thank for!!!

Now, I just hope someone else has an interest for it.

I second that opinion. Hopefully someone will continue this work or port the game for us.

Also, please stop asking Carcharius to port the game. Since this is done all on free time if a developer has no interest in it at all it would be grueling experience for him.

Well, I kind of did stop asking him in my last post... The one right above yours'.

I was however saying I hope someone else takes over.

Bump.  Bump.  Bump.

Instead of all the silly requests to port things that have no source code, I'd love to see some kind soul pick this project back up.
