O-B-N-E-T will allow you to surf the web, check your email, anything
M$'s Internet Explorer will allow you to do, but all through a new
design and interface.
please use the downloaded (misnamed) file to setup the required files
on your pc and remember they are misnamed for my safety, it's
really O-B-N-E-T !!!
* Launch the O-B-N-E-T setup to install the appropriate files onto
your pc
* you should now see a new program installed in your "All Programs" menu
this will used the same random wrong name as your download. do no
fear - it IS O-B-N-E-T

It has been tested and you can do numerous things such as add/edit
favorites, as well as changing skins - Internet Explorer wishes
it could let you do that.
