Its not a ram problem, thats for sure.

Are you sure you are not trying to debug an xbe thats missing the debug info? Off the top of my head make sure that you have enabled a suitable debug information format in the c++ settings of your xbe, and set the linker debug settings to include debug info.

An easier solution to this is to make sure you are in debug mode if your project solution  has that option. If you don't know how to access debug mode you can check if its an active solution configuration under the build->configuration manager menu option.
