Without moving to some insane/stupid hack using wine in linux to emulate windows, the answer is no. The API is very much the same to a developer looking at source code, but the implementation is radically different between X-Box executables and Win32 PEs.
And I wouldn't recommend trying to use wine in linux to emulate windows. To try using wine in linux to emulate windows will cause you GREAT PAIN.
