Run Phoenix Bios Loader As App On Debug Xbox

I'll start off as I am new to the whole Phoenix Bios Loader thing as I chip all of my boxes.  However I have finally figured out the debug kit and I am looking to run Phoenix Bios Loader as a standalone app to enable the full use of my 250GB HDD I installed using XDK recovery disc 5849.  I can see the 123GB of free space on F: however I know that the MS bios can only see up to 137GB.  Has anyone successfully found a way to utilize the full F: partition on a debug xbox yet.  If you can help in any way it would be appreciated.  Also I am using the Gueux HackDev v2 bios kit to enable retail games on a TRUE DEBUG XBOX.(not a retail converted to debug)
