Problem Installing Xdi

Hi, i have this problem when i try to install the debuger so i can use XIG to take pics of Halo 2 and maybe other games in the future. It says that Socket Error # 10054 Connection reset by peer. Please, if anyone can tell me what is wrong and how to fix this error, please tell me. Thank you for your time.

When i want to start to install XDI, it gives me an ip already but that is not the ip of my box, maybe i should try to use that and maybe it might work.
