Xdk Video Capture Issues

ok i have installed a debug bios via pbl, im softmodded on a 1.0 and i have the xbox neighborhood and video capture program.  everything works flawlessly except im having troubles takin video, all i get is an error sayin "400- opcode timeout:21000000 Xbox app is not respondin" will i need to find the xdk launcher for video capture, cause i have had a whale of a time tryin to find that....

help will be greatly appreciated

do you have a dll on you e drive?

xbdbm.dll or somthing like that?

not sure about the name but it should be prety close (been a awhile since ive played with it, my modded xbox died and i only have my halo:se and dont want to mod it since i use it for live)
