« Reply #15 on: March 04, 2007, 08:51:00 PM »

I have listed below what is said in teh readme file from teh Screen Grabber Kit - Obie file.

unfortunalty I am not able to run it gets error code 13 (from the loader that is included)

running a softmodded xbox v1.6 (not sure of dash will update when i get this info)

---------------------------------------------------------------------

An easy t use kit that lets you get screenshots from
xbox onto your pc.

Includes all the essential files.

and an easy to launch feature that simply lets you boot from apps.
simply boot debug mode from your apps menu, and enter the debug and
 dash ip's into XIG2,
Then choose the destination folder (c:\xig2\pics) is best
((put other xig2 files into c:\xig2
Then simply snap away and show the world your shit.

"""this does NOT require a BIOS, simply boot through your dash"""""

Enjoy

all prop's to XR8D for Xig2
and FASTER90 for the compilation.

On a note, you'll never get screenshots from Halo using a debug bios(unless you manage to get a debug copy of Halo) since they locked(removed?) all debug functions of it. Halo 2 works though. You want screenshots of Halo 1 there is a trainer available to take screens.

True for 1.6 xboxes (as I've found out).  I had a 1.0 that took screenshots just fine (as seen in my sig).
