I Get Black Screen With White Lines With Debu Bios

Hello Im well new to seting up a debug machine but i cant seem to get it to show properly on myy tv screen. im in the UK so i have a pal 1.6 xbox with duo X2 chip  and have a pal 50 hz tv. im using phoenix bios loader to load some BFM debug bioes but have no joy in getting any of them to display on my tv. i know they are working because when i press up and down on the control the xhell.xbe menu sound effect plays from my xbox through the tv speakers. is there a bios available which can work on a 50 hz tv? im using the complex 4672 debug XDK crack but it just wont show on my screen. Please can anyone help with a solution for this problem?
