Video Capture

finally got xdk set up on my xbox and i built all the little tools and things with vs.net on my computer.  i can now take screen shots but i was wondering if there is a way to capture video (w/o a capture card).

On your start menu, you should now have a section called MS Xbox (or something similiar. I don't remember if I renamed mine). Inside there, go to Graphics>Movie Capture Tool
