Custom Maps For Rs3

I was thinking about this topic yesterday and I know you wont be able to use Xbox Live if you can edit maps.  But say XBConnect.  No checks, or anything.  Only bad idea about custom maps is you will need a modded xbox to play and have the map FTP'd to you box but I would gladly FTP maps!

Back to the question can you edit Rainbow Six 3 maps...
