N00b Needs A Lot Of Help To Start Off

If you have Evox or similar installed, make a new folder on the xbox like you would if you were installing a ported game, or whatever (basically find a "game" folder and put a folder under that called "mygame" and put the xbe in there. Make sure it's renamed to default.xbe, then reboot evox or your other dashboard and it should show up.

The SDK is used to make xbe's. You need the XDK on your xbox so you can run the programs you created. It also allows you to interact with your xbox in a different way. You can run programs and turn off/reset your xbox from your computer.

ah thanks. i've noticed that when u go to 'deploy' what u've made, it wants to send it to the xbox to test, im gonna fiddle around with this and hope i can work it out
