what version do you have. and what version of the sdk do you have

I have visual studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition and the newest SDK(too lazy to check)

theres your problem

you need to get visual studio .net 2003 pro to install the latest xdk in  full

if you need to buy it you can get it off some student discount sites for like $99
