There is a python script for XBMC....

I have not used it myself yet so do not know what it consists of (I have never even used itunes.... what the hell is it??)

I presume it has something to do with internet radio right??

from my understanding its a music store from apple.  however the program is closed source, which means there is nothing to port.

no clue what the python script is, it may be a coincidence, it may be that someone may have just said "i like that name, i'm taking it", it may be something to play music downloaded from itunes, who knows. you'd have to see if there is any documentation on as to what the script does. but i'm willing to bet it isn't an itunes port (for obvious reasons).
