Did you get it to boot to a dashboard or are you booting to Windows?  Also, does yours have a secondary IDE card in it?

A couple other people, myself included, purchased them as well and we've been trying to figure a few things out for the last few days.

biggrin.gif .

i formated one of my xbox 10 gig hdds, i will upgrade to 120 tommarrow. but it works great no problems, other then running the intel pxe 2.0 rom.  mine didn't come with the floppy drive. be nice thought to run the xdk laucher dash on this bad boy, but its great as a computer and great collectors item. biggrin.gif

Its not gunna be the same as the XDK dash on the xbox, i hope you know that. Your best bet is trying to find someone who has a HDD, and then have it cloned. Not much you can do otherwise. And i wish i won the auction, got pushed by the dude that bought 11 or whatever.

I guess I should point out that that is not my box.  I still haven't figured out how to get the XDK launcher on mine.
