Well....the new xbox's that are version 1.4 and 1.5 have a focus video chip inside them and require the focus debug bios that was produced by geux.net. You can get it either from their website or from the xbox bios folder on the xbins ftp (look in the geux-net folder for the focus bios).
The recently discovered version 1.6 xbox's do not have a bios made for them yet as people are still looking at the new motherboard design and figuring out what got changed. However, I doubt you have one of the 1.6's.
