Copy the music_UK.sng file over to your computer and see if you can get anything to play it, i dont think you'll be able to though. It looks like your right about the x_data_UK.bin having all of the track data, just by going by the titles.

Try copying the other files across aswell and look at them through a hex-editor, or notepad, but they are probably unreadable. Other than that i wouldn't have a clue since i don't have the game, or even seen it running before. I probably can't help you any more than that.
