Is It Possible To Have A Default.xbe That

I want to code myself a default.xbe that would launch a game or application on the F drive. But, the file itself would be on the E drive. Before I even begin to attempt this, could someone please tell me if it is even possible?

yes, there is a code sample on howto launch an .xbe on xfactordev.  It should explain itself.
