I'm good with dot net, but now I'm using Whidbey, which doesn't require you to dim,   You should check it out.  I would love to help.

send me the source and I'll see what I can do: [email protected]

ok... i'm going to make a temporary irc channel for the people i've selected to help code the program to meet.

about the dim... i had option explicit on... heh heh  laugh.gif

anyway ppl will get an email saying the irc channel and with the base source code attached...

a quick *uncomplete* list:
  • MaTiAz
  • Gman22
  • billenglish
  • adamscybot
dabolikk is helping with the translation

i can do alot of the base programming but some of the advanced things like an update database i'll need some help with...

Gman22-- looks good... some of the topics are a little unspecific but its just an alpha...

anyway.. back to irc.. i think the meeting willl take place around April, 7... but i can't confirm that since i'm going to use my brand new RV... tongue.gif We can discuss some fundemental bases of the program and we need a better name... remember...

any information regarding this product is confidental and secret. this thread will be used for third party ideas, beta testing, tutorial submission, etc. DO NOT discuss things such as developer ideas, "guys why does VB say err 5 when i compile the code.

Not saying this will happen, just making sure.

i'll work more on this but as you know today is the thursday before spring break here and the teachers are squeezing all of the work they can get out of us...  i'll just sleep in till 5:00pm on saturday....

Hi. I like to help. Posted the info to gman by accident over pm. lol. Gman please forward it to the 'Founder' of the program.

Anyway, im interested. Contact me on [email protected]

Mostly I could right some decent tutorials. But with my trusty MS visual studio .net i could do some programming for you. So i could edit the info into it myself.

Hope you consider it!

ok.. you can help, Adam.
No more devs will be accepted unless we need more... This isn't going to need a billion people.

I'm Editing the first post to make it look more professional..

Bill:
looked at your site... looks good... consider getting an dynamic DNS address at DynDNS.org

Summary: (In no order)
1. The program's source code WILL be released, but without the tutorial data.
2. This program will be in full support of Xbox-Scene. (of course, just not stated)
3.  Pemission to use the tutorials must come from each of the authors.
4. Devs will be sent an email around Sunday, with an IRC channel to meet in.
5. This is going to be programmed in VB .NET because it's hell converting VB 6 progrmas to .NET.
6. Translate the program as needed (English Native, with Spanish support.)
7. Develop an easy to use interface. (No ugly Win95 looking crap)
8. Figure out some way to help Xbox-Scene with this program.
9. Use a few hand-picked excellent up to date tutorials and write a few of our own. (I have an unreleased Xenium tutorial that i wrote)

Sounds good? Any suggestions on a better name for the program?

AIM: EmperorPsiblade
MSN: [email protected]

I am consistent with my theme  laugh.gif

I'm hardly ever on MSN though... We'll probably use IRC the most, public #XTutorials and the moderated #Xtutorial-Devs.

Anyway, i'm going RVing with my family so i'll be back Sunday. Laterz

I added you to my buddy-list, but my build won't do any good, it was built in Whidbey.  If you want I'll rewrite it, but theres prety much nothing good in there.
