Is this a joke?

Get a laptop if you want to run Windows XP.  And learn English.

---Off topic----

Correct me if I'm wrong.... But OpenXdk would never be able to replace the Xdk fully because of DirectX.

Unless it can find a way to replace it with full hardware acceleration.  Then this project is  basicaly useless, unless your porting over apps and 2d games

Does the Xbox Linux ports even have a gfx driver yet?

Like I mentioned, OpenXDK is severely underpowered compared to M$ XDK.

linux ports have fine 2d framebuffer support.  if by 'gfx' you're referring solely to 3d acceleration, than the answer is no, not yet.
