How To Wire X3 So That It Is Always On

Hi,

My Power button is screwed up. I can't get the chip to enable. Is there a way to make the chip always on, ground one of the wires maybe? Please advise. Thanks

Just remove the small PCB that goes into the power/eject board, it will now always power on unless you choose the "reboot w/ mod chip enabled" in the X3 config live.

P.S. Try remove the small PCB from the shielding w/ all the cables still attcahed, If this works, there is probably some solder sticking through the sticky pad, you can fix the problem by adding some electrical tape to the shielding.
