so I needed to get myself a new one.. but atleast the new one is bigger the the old
And hey, it wasn't totally my fault for f*cking up my xbox.. I didn't get any nfo filer with my XDK that told me to not run the disc.. but now I know that I shouldn't atleast

btw. better ask here so I can stop searching on google for it.. Anyone know where to buy a xbox ver. 1.0 - 1.3.. cuz mine is 1.4 so I can't use the XDK fully.. like I need to compiler everything as Release and need to FTP over the files + I need to write to text files to debug

Your xbox should be recoverable.

If you are able to boot to the dashboard then just get a good eeprom image--there are some available for download--and write the good data to the eeprom.

If you are able to flash the BIOS using Cromwell, you could get a working eeprom image, a fresh Evox M7 or X2 4981 BIOS, and patch either of those BIOS's with the embed eeprom patch using the good eeprom image. Then flash that BIOS. After that you should be able to use eepromer of ConfigMagic or something to restore your eeprom using the same good eeprom image.

i can't use any other bios.. and i can only be in evox for a few seconds and then it shuts off

Hi.

I have same problems.

When i try to use Cromwell and TATX with Executer2 lite, xbox's led flashes 3 times Green. After it goes to Red. With other bios, machine never boots and there is only red light.

My XBox is 1.4 or 1.5 (Focus video chip)

If there is no way to recover the xbox bios how can i unlock the hdd.  I want to use hdd with my pc.
