Any Disc That Can Read Info From A Unmodded Xbox?

No.

The only way to do this on an unmodded Xbox would be using an exploit (Head to te exploit forums for details).

Without "the" private signing key, nobody can make a program that will run on an unmodded and unexploited xbox.
