Lpc Rebuilt Motherboard Questions

OK.  This is a motherboard that I order and is currently being shipped to me.  I bought it from a very reliable person on eBay.  I have a couple questions it is advertised as X3 ready.  Do it look truly ready for the X3.  I am looking at the D0 soldering point and thinking where is it going.  Did he just attach a wire that I can attach another wire to?

I have a X3 CE and the LPC Rebuild PCB that is included with it please let me know what you think I should do.

These are what points should be soldered:

The 4 LPC Rebuild wires are soldered correctly but I think he just attached a wire to the D0 point is that so I can just sleeve that wire to the D0 wire on the Control Panel for the X3?
