have you tried avalaunch? it does zips and rars (rar 2.9 and below. 3+ support isnt there or is buggy at least)

i found out how to do it!!! FIRST I DID WAS GOT THE GAME IT WAS 300 AND SOMETHING BUT IT WAS A GIG..WHAT I DID WAS

STEP1)TAKE THE DEFAULT.XBE OUT OF THE ZIP THEN BURN THAT TO A CD WITH THE ZIP SO THE XBOX CAN READ IT.

STEP2)THEN USE XBCOPY0025 TO COPY THE GAME TO YOUR GAME FOLDER THIS WILL PUT THE ZIP INTO UR GAME FOLER.

STEP3)USE AVALUNCH GO TO FILE MANAGER FIND UR GAME FOLDER WHERE THE ZIP IS IN. GO TO THE RIGHT SECTION THEN GO INTO UR SAME FOLER WHERE THE ZIP IS IN.

STEP4)GO BACK TO THE LEFT SECTION THEN PRESS X AND IT WILL ASK TO EXTRACT THIS TO THE SAME FOLDER SAY YES. THEN IT WILL EXTRACT THE ZIP GAME INTO THAT FOLDER UR CHOOSEN...AND THATS IS THE GAME WILL EXTRACT FULLY TO UR XBOX HDD AND PLAY THE GAME.

WELL PPL LIKE ME CANT FTP THINGS AND ALL U NEED TO DO IS DELETE THE ZIP FILE. AND ALL THE EXTRA ONES THAT U DONT NEED. SIMPLE AND EZ I RAHTER DO THIS THAN TRY AN FIGURE OUT HOW TO FTP THINGS, U SAVE TIME, A DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT KBS SPEEDS. WELL FOR ME ITS GOOD I CANT FTP.

what would be more nice than unzipping would be a xbox program that read xbox zips so our ripped games dont take up masses of hdd space...but i doubt that happening

whats the point of zipping up 650mb, burn to cd, copy to hdd and then unziping?

just burn the files to cd, copy to hdd and your done!

this is for a game over a cd rw or cd r level witch is 700mb im saying this for games gig and over. and if u cant ftp witch i cant.

but im saying why bother compressing, i bet its quicker to just copy files straight onto the cdrw.
ok, maybe you will have to transfer more 'data' if you dont compress, but you'll save time by not having to decompress
on the xbox (i imagine its slow)

but it doesnt take much effort to sort out FTP, its worth it!  

anyway do whatever u want.
