wink.gif ) and got 2^12 which is 4096. is there another sort of "sector" type utility that's 12 bits long to specify which meg in memory that is currently being used?

this seems very round-about, and the tech gurus of the world should come up with a new processor design that doesnt need all of this mumbo jumbo! or is it weeding out process so only uber nerds can join their ranks?  laugh.gif

i hope i was clear, but i couldnt really think of a good way to explain it.
