              My name is Chris, I'm a bored coder looking for help. I think that linux on the xbox is a neat idea, not sure if its really usefull or not.. but its still neat. Personally, I dont like Linux, okay.. I like it, but I prefer FreeBSD http://www.freebsd.org, Therefore, I'm working on a port of FreeBSD 4.7(Stable, Favorite version) for the xbox. But I'm asking for some help here, I do have a life, girlfriend, and a job.. so I can't get this all done myself(my gf's constant bickering of "you love that computer more than me, is getting annoying)... So if anyone is intrested in helping FreeBSD emerge for the XBOX, please, PM me.. As always thanks for reading my thread and replying!  beerchug.gif  pop.gif  jester.gif

i can relate, its always hard to find time to do this, and the nagging females NEVER help wink.gif

freeBSD would 0wn me on xbox.

okay, i did some checking.. freebsd doesnt use the gpl, it uses the bsd license.. which is better. i can port the os to any architecture i want. hell, i can even print out the source code and make origami with it.. so the project continues!
