Nope. Trainers modify the .xbe in certain hex patterns. For instance, If you try playing halo with someone who has a hack, and you have a normal xbox, youll get a "Your xbox is out of sync with the network." and shortly thereafter it will fail, and end the game. So, for live, I actually dont know.

Could you possibly need to hexedit all references to d: to e:  in the xbe and then sign it? (possibly needing to append the directory of the 007 game save).
