i still cant get xbedump to work. or maybe it is, but all it is doing is bringing up a windows like prompt window and then it will dissapear and nothing else happens. can some one help me with this? thanks

^you have to open up a command prompt then run the program.

I cant get any n64 emulators to run on an unmodded. Ive tried ultrahle and pj64 and while they both run, they also both give me an error 21 code when trying to run a rom.

Any ideas?

where do you put movies and stuff, i put some avi's in the playlist folder and i cant find them in xbmp?

I have now loaded a mem card with various bios/size files 256k, 512K, 1MB . I rewrote the evox.ini to suit the varieties of bioses I'm using (removed most the other entries that can't be used).
With this mem card I have flashed a few TSOPs on unmodded Xbox's (apart from soldering the flash points) without a prob. Switchable 2 and 4 bios tsop with No PC required now I've got my handy mem card and orig 007 Game.
I've only worked on the v1 and 1.1 xbox with the new toy atm.
This exploit does wonders for creating little user friendly tools to get those unmodded boxes doin what ya want

Update:

I got XNES to run on my unmodded and it works with roms, only problem is that xnes is ungodly slow and isnt worth the effort right now.

Still cannot get a working n64 emulator to boot a rom. With UltaXLE now instead of getting an error21 the screen just goes black when trying to boot a rom, so it looks like im getting closer.

^I actually tried that already, thats how I got it to not give me an error 21 and rather just a black screen. May I ask what rom you were playing? Ive only tried 2 roms and both got the same results

i did that with ultraxle. and i got goldeneye to run. but if freezes right when it says "GoldenEye" on the screen...

So far I have only tried legend of zelda us 1.0, and mario 65 us. Both of them worked fine.

it depends on which xbe u patched. it sounds like you patched the evox one. if you patched the evox then it should be in UDATA/4541000d/00000000000.
