how do we rip them on the XBOX??

My tools for ripping DVDs are:

-SmartRipper (Ripping and Decrypting)
-DVD2AVI (Converting to TMPGEnc file to handle all .VOBs and re-encode audio to .wav)
-TMPGEnc (Encode to MPEG-1)
-Nero (Burn the VCD)

I've just ripped the files directly to my box from the dvd before, and had no trouble. XBMP played them fine, although they were pretty big.
