Is it possible to make a halo bot? While playing on tunnel software can't we capture the data it uses to 'let a player walk & shoot' and then manipulate it??? Strange idea, huh

But isn't there a program that captures every network-activity?

that was kinda my idea too, but instead of ripping the AI from the game -that would be too hard I think- we can try to make it aim by compare the enemy's network code's that come in. I hope...

Once someone gets the info out of the default architecture, then well start seeing some good things, like the trainers for instance, but the most difficult thing and probably the more "fruitful treasure", if you will, lies inside of the map architecture.

yes, you could press 'shoot' and nothing else, the data being sent will be tyhe shot, bullet direction etc... so youd have that data, but itd still be hard to filter what is shoot/ direction/ position etc.

Mate i think in stead of sending the data out. PUBLISH the data. Put up a webpage just for this type of game modding, we have skin sites and dev site but not jsut one game hacking site. The person who starts a site like that will get the banner clicks :-)
