One more thing...

razorrifh, isn't there only one default.xbe in every game? or do you mean be careful not to put the default.xbe from a different game...? and why did you copy it to the root dir on your hdd?

After the xbe is patched, don't you just put it right back into game where the original came from?

there is 1 default.xbe for each game, but i copy them to my hard drive to patch them. and i also make backups of them (default.bak.xbe) and so i wouldnt know which backup or original went to which game. and yes, just put it in the root dir.
