First off, anyone who made a live emulator WOULDN'T take credit for it, it'd be one of those programs that just exist.
Who in their right mind would accept credit for it?
That's like hacking a government site and leaving your phone number for them to call.
Anyone with the skills to do it would understand that, and I doubt claim credit.
Can't sue what no one knows released, then they could only attack sites that have it, but as we saw with DeCSS, you can't get rid of every site.
