by the way i have all the dev tools for ps2 and gc currently available...i believe anyway...if im missing it its not hard to get.

You can't port a game if you don't have the source code (I'm assuming this is what you are wanting).

In Renderware, the game is coded with a graphics engine wrapper (afaik) and then the renderware backend sorts it all out for each console changing texture sizes and putting system specific code in.

But you can't port a released game over to another console without the source code.
