Wmainmemory And Font Classes.
« on: February 19, 2003, 11:37:00 PM »

Just 2 quickies for the really smart ones amongst you,

1) Im using the WMAinmemory class to play some background tune but how do I kill the thread?
I can pause it using the m_WaveStream.pause(); function but I cant find how to kill it, I need to kill it to change it to another tune or even just to start the tune at the beginning again. Or should I be using a different class altogether?

2) Using the XBFont class thingy, if I have a whole lump of text but have a "/0" in there will it ONLY print up to that "/0" or is it interpretted as a line feed?

(I am abusing the company internet access at the moment which is why I cant test Q2!)

Oh and I know the slashes are round the wrong way .

Thanks Guys!

The "/0" is interpreted as the end of the string. That's why they call it a zero-terminated string. wink.gif

Thanks dude!,

Many thanks for the help, and the sarcasm was probably well deserved smile.gif
