I think TuxRacer would be a really cool game to port to Xbox. The source is freely availble. I know it could just be played on Linux, but it would be cool for people who don't have Linux installed to have the ability to play it. I am a Java programmer, but a beginner at the least. I would attempt to port this game myself, if I knew anything about porting, the XDK, or C++. Just an idea...
